Our Future Initiatives
Japanese unfamiliarity with therapists and stigmatization of illnesses means students can not receive proper help
Japanese can not discuss their problems with their guidance counselors and teachers, due to their lack of English proficiency
To help Japanese Students, we will pay for the first three sessions from Japanese-speaking counselors
Initiative 1: Counseling
May change a student's life with an hour-long free counseling session.
May change 2 students' lives with an hour-long free counseling session.
May change 3 students' lives with an hour-long free counseling session.
May change 5 students' lives with an hour-long free counseling session.
Initiative 2: Event
3 Hour In-person event, for Japanese students and parents requiring support and explanation about courses and clubs in high school
Exposes students to new and unique experiences, preparing and aiding them in their own academic journey
Will cover topics such as extracurriculars, clubs, and other areas of vital interest to Japanese students
